Last year we learned that that there was a critical shortage of lifesaving pediatric equipment aboard ambulances in the state of Wisconsin, a shortage so severe that we could not confidently say that an ambulance dispatched to an emergency would be able to treat children.
We were determined to correct this, Kids Health Vista is proud to announce that with support from you and with logistical help from our partners at the Wisconsin EMS Association we have been able to purchase and distribute a comprehensive package of pediatric equipment to all 100 ambulance services in need.
Thank you to all of our donors, and vendors who made this possible. The equipment was distributed on November 16th at WEMSA's annual conference in the Wisconsin Dells. Join us again for our 2nd annual gala on July 18th 2020 at the Chula Vista resort in Wisconsin Dells as we continue our mission: Helping Sick Kids Now.
